Menton Regional Prehistory Museum

Menton Regional Prehistory Museum

Created in 1907, the Regional Prehistory Museum is housed in a 20th century splendid building designed by the famous architect Adrien Rey Menton. The Museum offers the visitors a very interesting journey backwards in time from the prehistory and recreates the fabulous adventures of the first men in the Alpes-Maritimes Mountains and in Liguria.
The Regional Prehistory Museum exhibits several objects found in the numerous archaeological excavations in the region.
